Shipments

What are Pamelita's shipping times?

Orders are processed within 24 business hours after payment.

Delivery times vary from 1 to 3 business days for the Iberian Peninsula and from 2 to 4 business days for the Islands.

Note: Delivery times may vary during periods of high order volume or national holidays .

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the destination and weight of the order.
For mainland Portugal, the cost starts at 5.90€ .

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to Portugal and Spain .

We are working to reach more countries in the European Union soon.

Exchanges and Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days after receipt , provided the item is in the same condition as when received , with original tags, no signs of use, and no odors.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Send an email to support@pamelita.pt with your order number.

After reviewing your request, we will send you detailed instructions and a return label .

Returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility .
In the case of an exchange, the new item will only be sent once .

Who covers the costs of returns and exchanges?

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

For the first exchange , Pamelita offers to send the new item for free; that is, you pay the shipping costs for the original item and its return, and we send the new one at no additional cost (only once).

I received a defective or incorrect item. What should I do?

We're very sorry about that, we'll help you resolve this situation.

Send an email to support@pamelita.pt with your order number, a brief description of the problem and, if possible, photos of the item .

After reviewing your case, we will contact you with instructions for return or replacement , at no cost to you.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

Yes, as long as the cancellation is made within the first 2 hours after purchase and the order has not yet been processed or shipped .

Send an email to support@pamelita.pt with your order number and wait up to 72 hours for our reply.

After shipment, only the right of return applies.
